Insurance we accept:

BCBS and all affiliated plans: *HMO needs referral PRIOR to appointment
UHC and all affiliated plans
TriWest Healthcare through VA
MEDICARE - We are non-participating providers. The patient is responsible for payment at the time of service. We file on their behalf and any reimbursement is sent to the patient.
